The versatile Chris & Chris Work Station Professional Chef Series exclusive system allows for the sanitary collection of juices, the easy collection of prepared foods, easy disposal of waste, and effortless clean-up. This system feature a juice groove on the cutting surface to collect juices and direct their flow to the "pig snout" (cut out in the cutting surface). The stainless steel chef pan sits snugly below the "pig snout" to collect the juices or cut product.o This system is designed to replace the chef pan when it is desirable to dispose of cut product or waste directly into a trash bag.
The trash ring is designed to accept either a common plastic grocery bag or various size kitchen trash bags.The plastic bag is brought up through the middle of the ring and then wrapped around the outside of the ring, and slid into the chef pan holder in place of the chef pan.When preparation is complete, simply remove the plastic bag and dispose of directly into a trash receptacle. Removable wire basket, to hold condiments and seasonings. Fits conveniently in the towel bar to keep ingredients close at hand.
